Job summary

Fenner Precision Polymers is seeking dedicated Operators to manufacture wire cloth products. You will preset, set up, and run a range of equipment including presses, shears, and hot melt machines, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires ability to follow ISO procedures, participate in Lean initiatives, and adapt to Level I–III operator progression. Training and a collaborative environment are emphasized for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with industrial machinery is preferred.
• Must be able to perform setup and operation tasks on various equipment.

Responsibilities

• Identify safety violations or potential hazards and report to supervisor.
• Operate and setup machines (Press Brake, Shear, Hot Melt, Roll Mill) per guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area using 6S principles and safety protocols.
• Measure critical dimensions and adjust tooling as needed to meet quality standards.
• Assist Level 2/3 operators and provide guidance to Level I operators.
