Fenner Precision Polymers, a Michelin Group company, is seeking a production operator in Manheim, PA. Work from Monday to Thursday, 4:30pm–3:00am, operating and tending machines to mold urethane belting products while maintaining safety and quality.

Grow with a global team that values teamwork, continuous improvement, and career development. You'll start on a single belting line and have opportunities to advance within the Tiger Operations team as you gain experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) preferred.
• Detail-oriented with experience using measurement tools.
• Ability to read work orders and understand technical documents.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
• Good teamwork and communication.

Aufgaben

• Operate and tend machines to mold urethane into belting products.
• Run one belting line (Tiger, Taz, Utility, or Pack).
• Monitor temperatures, pressures, and cycle times with meters and gauges.
• Read and interpret work orders and follow ISO work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace using 6S.
• Promote safety and support customer satisfaction.
