Job summary

Fenner Precision Polymers is seeking an Operator to manufacture wire cloth products by preset, setup, and operating a variety of machines including Crimpers, Straighteners, Presses, Press Brakes, Shears, Welders, Roll Mills, and Hot Melt Machines. The role also includes material handling duties and supporting a clean, safe, and efficient production area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow ISO procedures and quality standards.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and adapt to changing production needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify safety violations or hazards to the supervisor or safety team.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace using the 6S system and perform basic inspections for quality.
• Operate or assist on presses, shear, hot melt machines, roll mills, and related equipment as directed.
• Assist with setup and operation of crimpers, straighteners, presses, looms, or welders with guidance from Level 2 & 3 operators.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean/World Class initiatives and promote safety.
