Job summary

Bern's Steak House is seeking entry level wine cellar associates to clean, organize, sort, and maintain the warehouse and wine cellar with care in a busy environment. Experience is not required.

You will work on the PM shift (4pm–midnight) and join a staff of sommeliers in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Opportunities to learn and advance with a strong educational environment are available.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail required.
• Must be able to lift 25+ pounds.
• Follow sanitation policies and maintain cleanliness.
• Must work well with others and communicate.
• Work quickly in a safe and effective manner.
• Able to multitask in a high-volume restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• PM Shift 4pm-midnight.
• Provide tours of the wine cellar and help locate bottles in the collection.
• Restock wines from the warehouse and manage inventory.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Maintain a clean workstation throughout the shift.
