Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience supervising youths in grades 6-12.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred.
• Familiarity with DYCD Connect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations and maintain a safe, positive environment for teens.
• Enforce rules/policies; de-escalate conflicts and respond to emergencies.
• Plan activities, events, and programs for teens and adults.
• Conduct staff onboarding and provide professional development.
• Supervise staff, interns, and volunteers; ensure training and engagement.
• Communicate with teens, families, and partners; address concerns.
• Maintain attendance, activity, and incident records.
• Input data into DYCD Connect and liaise with program managers.
• Coordinate and manage community events and partnerships.
• Assist in outreach and keep spaces clean and organized.
