Job summary

Roseville Area Schools Community Education seeks dedicated individuals to join our aquatics team. Primary responsibility is to provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities in a positive, fun learning environment.

Hours include late afternoon, evenings and weekends. The role requires strong swimming skills and ability to lift 20 lbs, with additional certifications preferred. Compensation is $16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have strong swimming skills.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
• Ability to accommodate lessons based on need.
• American Red Cross Lifeguard/ CPR Certification (desired)
• Experience working with students from diverse populations
• Good attendance and flexibility

Responsibilities

• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities in a positive, fun learning environment.
• Lead classes during late afternoon, evenings and weekends.
• Support safe swimming practices and ensure student safety during instruction.
