Job summary

The City of Roseville’s Parks, Recreation & Libraries department is hiring a Recreation Coordinator who will oversee three aquatics facilities in the Aquatics Division. You will supervise lifeguard staff, manage the operational budget, coordinate swim lesson programs, events, and community outreach.

This role emphasizes safety, collaboration with department leaders, and delivering exceptional experiences for patrons while maintaining a commitment to accessibility and inclusivity in all programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in recreation program development and implementation is desirable.
• Valid California driver’s license by date of appointment.
• First Aid and CPR certifications as issued by the American Red Cross within 6 months of hire.

• Oversee lifeguard staff and three aquatics facilities.
