Job summary

The Kroc Center in Wisconsin’s Green Bay area is seeking a dedicated Sports Instructor to plan and lead a wide range of athletic programs. You’ll coach, teach sports, and help organize leagues, tournaments and other recreational activities while ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for participants and volunteers.

The role is 18 hours per week, with evenings and Saturdays required, and a pay rate of $15.60–$20.66 per hour plus a $1 shift differential for Friday through Sunday evenings.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year experience in a recreational setting preferred.
• First Aid, CPR and AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a broad array of athletic programs and activities.
• Maintain a safe recreation environment for staff, volunteers, members and participants.
• Coach or instruct assigned sports programs and leagues.
• Support program promotion and recruitment to increase attendance.
• Assist in maintaining facilities and equipment.
