Job summary

EastView at Middlebury is seeking friendly part-time Servers to provide an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests in the evenings and on weekends. Competitive hourly pay ($19.50–$21.00) and a supportive team await in Middlebury, VT.

You will help with opening/closing tasks, serve meals, accommodate special diets, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment for our senior residents.

Qualifications

Job Details: Job Location: Middlebury, VT 05753, Salary Range: $19.50 - $21.00 Hourly, We are seeking friendly, attentive, and service‑oriented Part TimeServers to provide an exceptional dining experience for our residents and their guests on evenings and weekends. Servers create a welcoming atmosphere and provide high‑quality food service in our community.

What You’ll Do

• Help with opening and closing tasks each day.

• Reset and tidy the dining room after each meal.
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies at serving stations.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to follow safety practices, including proper equipment use and safe body mechanics.
• Prior experience in dining services or customer service preferred.
• Understanding of customer service principles, including assessing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in confined kitchen areas and high‑temperature environments.
• Able to perform physical activities such as lifting, balancing, walking, standing, stooping, and handling materials.
• Long periods of standing required.
