Job summary

Per Mar Security Services in Moline is seeking a part-time security officer to monitor client properties and deter unauthorized activity. Shifts include Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm; Sunday 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, totaling 28 hours per week at $17.00 per hour.

Ideal candidates will be at least 18 years old, able to pass a drug screen and background check for Illinois security licensing, and capable of meeting the physical demands of the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Submit to a drug screen and criminal background check for Illinois security license eligibility.
• Meet the physical demands of the position.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular security rounds of client's property, monitoring for trespassing or other possible criminal activity.
• Ensure windows, doors and gates are locked and secure.
• Report any facility issues to designated personnel.
• Other related duties as requested by the client.
