Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to lead a professional security team at a busy Long Island retail destination in Lake Grove, NY. This full-time role offers 40 hours weekly and a starting pay of $20.09 per hour. You will supervise officers, maintain post orders, and uphold customer service standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of security experience, supervisory or military background preferred, and a NY guard license. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security experience required.
• Previous supervisory, team lead, military, or law enforcement experience is strongly preferred.
• Active New York State Security Guard License required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to walk and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support a team of Security Officers.
• Lead by example while maintaining a professional security presence.
• Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the property.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Complete accurate reports and documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between site management and the security team.
• Ensure officers are following post orders, company policies, and customer service standards.
