Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in security required.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Active New York State Security Guard License required.
• Active New York State Driver's License required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and completing incident reports.
• Able to walk and stand for full shift.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Evenings and weekends availability required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support a team of Security Officers.
• Lead by example with a professional security presence.
• Conduct routine foot patrols of the site.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with sound judgment.
• Complete accurate incident reports and documentation.
• Serve as primary liaison between site management and the security team.
• Ensure posts follow orders and customer service standards.
