You will supervise officers, enforce post orders, and maintain a professional security presence to protect people and assets. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in security, NYS Security Guard License, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security experience.
• Active New York State Security Guard License required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support a team of Security Officers.
• Lead by example while maintaining a professional security presence.
• Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the property.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Complete accurate reports and documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between site management and the security team.
• Ensure officers are following post orders, company policies, and customer service standards.
