Topaz Fiscal Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead the evening and weekend nursing team in our facility. The role focuses on high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and collaborative leadership.

You will supervise staff, develop care plans with residents and families, oversee med administration, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• RN license or compact license required.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and resident care standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a nursing team with compassion and integrity.
• Maintain accurate records and protect resident confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the nursing team to ensure exceptional resident care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans with residents and families.
• Ensure nursing practices meet state, federal, and facility regulations and standards.
• Administer medications and treatments and oversee documentation of care.
• Lead shift assignments and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing staff.
• Monitor residents' health, vital signs, and medical records for quality care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and assess needs for critical care.
• Participate in care meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote teamwork, respect, and continuous learning within the nursing department.
