Job summary

BURGER KING in New York, NY is seeking a Team Member to support a fast-paced restaurant environment with evenings and weekends availability. You will work with colleagues to prepare fresh food, deliver 5-star service, and maintain cleanliness while following policies and procedures.

Ideal candidates include current students or high school graduates age 16+, with strong English/Spanish communication and a willingness to learn all areas of operations and work multiple stations.

Qualifications

• Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Positive attitude and a desire to serve others.
• Respectful and caring attitude toward coworkers and guests.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and provides positive interactions.
• Suggests menu items and ensures accurate order preparation.
• Handles guest concerns per company policy.
• Maintains a tidy appearance and adheres to uniform policy.
• Processes orders accurately and handles payments.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and sanitation.
• Restocks and manages inventory.
• Adheres to cash control guidelines and safety requirements.
• Supports other duties as assigned by management.
