Job summary

Venture Community Services in Spencer, MA seeks an Assistant Residential House Manager for a full-time role with a varied schedule (Tue 3p-11p, Wed 1p-9p, Thu 3p-9p, Fri 3p-11p, Sat 8a-6p). You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, implement ISP-based plans, maintain records, manage house budgets, supervise self-medication programs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Associates degree preferred with 1 year in residential programs; must be 21+ and have a HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred and one year experience in a residential program.
• Must be 21+ years old, have a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ISP's, behavior plans and assessments.
• Serve as programmatic supervisor to Direct Support Professionals.
• Communicate information to Direct Support Professionals, parents, guardians and day programs as designated by Residential House Manager.
• Oversee handling of individual accounts, and the house budget as directed by the Residential House Manager.
• Maintain records and document daily data.
• Educate, supervise and monitor individual self-medication programs.
• Educate and assist individuals with finances, banking, receipts, purchasing and maintain records.
