Brickyard Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Receptionist to provide clerical support at our Richmond, Indiana center. The role requires a positive attitude, accuracy in filing, mail distribution, and strong MS Office skills. Location: 1042 Oak Drive, Richmond, IN 47374.

The position is part-time with Tue/Wed 4:30-8:30pm shifts and every other weekend. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, 1 year of office experience, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of office experience.
• Experience with MS Office tools preferred.
• Ability to file in alpha order and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Performs general office duties (filing, copying, faxing, etc.) under supervision.
• Maintains records using an established filing system.
• Sorts and distributes mail as appropriate.
