Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Loves Park, IL is seeking a Project Hope Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver play-based ABA therapy to children during weekday evenings and Saturday hours, under BCBA supervision.

You’ll collect data, document progress, build relationships with families, and create engaging, fun sessions. Competitive hourly pay and a schedule that fits weekday evenings and Saturdays, with a weekly cap of 20 hours, support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and RBT certification at start.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during supervision for feedback.
• Collect and record behavioral data and complete documentation.
• Build relationships with children to make sessions engaging.
