Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of professional teaching experience in nursing or related discipline.
• Excellent communication, initiative, and judgment; ability to create engaging learning experiences.
• Proficiency with LMS, simulation tools, and online learning technologies (AI familiarity preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging nursing instruction across classroom, clinical, lab, and simulation environments using technology and evidence-based methods.
• Create inclusive, student-centered learning experiences; identify individual needs and foster meaningful relationships.
• Evaluate student performance; provide timely, constructive feedback and remediation.
• Lead or support clinical learning experiences; connect theory to practice and ensure safe, ethical, and professional practice readiness.
