Parks Heating Cooling Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an HVAC Service Technician for Evening or Weekend shifts in the Charlotte area. Earn more with after-hours calls, flexible scheduling, and strong commission potential on top of hourly pay.

Qualificações

• Three (3)+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Availability to work Weekend Shift (Friday–Monday) or Evening Shift (Mon–Fri, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM).
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Understand residential HVAC systems to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling equipment.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and testing on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini splits, and IAQ equipment.
• Educate customers and provide detailed option sheets with products and services.
• Assist customers in Choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Present yourself professionally to earn customer trust and referrals.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
