Job summary

Just Right Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking a weekend HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential systems with a focus on customer care.

Earn $25-$35/hour plus uncapped commissions and spiffs, with weekend bonuses that can add $500-$1,500+ per weekend, and a sign-on bonus up to $1,000.

The role offers flexible scheduling, a path to full-time, dispatch support, and a team that prioritizes technician success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a residential HVAC Service Technician.
• Capable of executing HVAC repairs and replacements to code, including necessary electrical work.
• Holder of a valid UT Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Lift and move items up to 75 pounds regularly and 40-50 pounds repetitively.
• Capable of climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, and stooping for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair homeowners’ HVAC systems efficiently and effectively.
• Keep customers informed about the work, timelines, and processes.
• Diagnose HVAC issues and execute repairs with customer approval.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked company vehicle to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Educate customers on completed work, answer their questions, and provide recommendations.
• Participate in team meetings and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
