Job summary

SEVITA's REM Community Services in Bemidji, MN seeks a compassionate caregiver for evening shifts in a full-time role with a wage of 21 hourly. You will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live well within community settings.

You will assist with personal care, daily routines, budgeting, nutrition, and community activities, working closely with participants and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily routines.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and complex needs as required.
• Encourage participation in community activities and independence goals.
