Qualifications

• Active Washington, DC Home Health Aide (HHA) license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to travel between NE and SE Washington, DC participant homes.
• Experience providing home care and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily living activities.
• Support meal preparation and feeding as assigned.
• Provide companionship and maintain a safe home environment.
• Observe and report changes in participant condition to families and care team.
• Travel between assigned homes to support participant independence and dignity.
