P3SG, LLC is hiring experienced Home Health Aides for full-time, direct-hire positions supporting seniors in their homes across Northeast and Southeast Washington, DC. Priority openings are for caregivers available for evening shifts and weekends.

1. Mandatory Requirements to Apply

• Active Washington, DC Home Health Aide (HHA) license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and current automobile insurance.
• Ability to travel between assigned participant homes within the NE and SE Washington, DC service area.
• Experience providing home care, strong communication skills, and a dependable, compassionate approach.

This is not a live-in position. Local travel between participant homes is required.

• Assist seniors with bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, and other activities of daily living.
• Support meal preparation and feeding as assigned.
• Provide companionship and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.
• Observe and report changes in participant condition, communicating with families and the care team.
• Travel between assigned homes to provide care that supports each participant’s independence and dignity.

3. Bonus & Benefits + Salary

• Pay: $20–$21 per hour.
• Employment: Full-time, direct hire; approximately 40 hours per week.
• Schedules: Day and evening opportunities, with weekday and weekend schedules available. Current priority: evenings and weekends.
• Location: Participant homes in Northeast and Southeast Washington, DC.
