Job summary

Phillips Exeter Academy is seeking a Dining Service worker to coordinate meals and dining area operations, ensuring cleanliness and equipment readiness. You will assist in food preparation support, answer guest questions about ingredients and allergens, and maintain HACCP-compliant service while supporting a dynamic campus dining program.

The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends, with a pay rate of $20.50/hr plus weekend/night differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Some college experience helpful.
• ServSafe certification is required. Must obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer service in dining halls.
• Monitor quality and quantity of all food served.
• Ensure equipment operates at proper temperatures.
• Set up, maintain, and break down dining areas and serving lines.
• Assist in the dish room when necessary.
• Provide information on ingredients, methods, and allergens to guests.
