Intermountain Health is seeking a Food Service Aide II in Butte, MT, to read meal tickets, assemble and deliver patient trays, and maintain sanitation per HACCP guidelines. You will handle cash transactions, manage requisitions, and support the cafeteria operations across all meal periods.

This role requires attention to dietary restrictions, accuracy in tray assembly, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• ServSafe Food Handler certification.
• Related experience in food services.
• Interact with others by effectively communicating, both orally and in writing.
• Operate computers and other office equipment.

Responsabilités

• Read patient meal tickets to determine tray contents.
• Place food and non-food items on trays with accuracy.
• Deliver patient trays in a timely manner per policy.
• Review meal tickets for allergies and diet restrictions.
• Replenish food in coolers per par lists and record on production sheets.
• Open/close cafeteria on time and ensure readiness for service.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions.
• Enter requisitions into the caf POS system and maintain logs.
• Maintain HACCP logs and temperature records daily.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, equipment, and work areas per guidelines.
