Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing, kitchen or food-service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and store dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
• Operate the sanitation equipment as trained and keep the dish area clean and organized.
• Return kitchen equipment to designated locations and assist with light prep for events.
• Provide timely dishwashing support during meals to keep items available for service.
• Assist with end-of-event cleanup and kitchen closing procedures.
