Synova Group in Brooklyn Park seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for evening and weekend shifts to support individuals with disabilities at home and in the community. You will help with daily activities, health and safety, transportation, and documentation, building meaningful relationships and promoting independence.

The role requires 18+ years, a HS diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and DHS background clearance.

Competenze

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Have experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and maintain a clean driving record.
• Have access to an insured vehicle.
• Successfully pass a DHS background study.
• Have basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
