Job summary

Bancroft is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the Adult Program to provide compassionate, person-centered support to adults with developmental disabilities in Brick, New Jersey. You will work Thursdays and Fridays 3pm–11pm and Saturdays 9am–11pm, totaling about 30 hours per week, with reliable transportation needed for community activities.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
• Ability to work well in teams and learn new skills
• Willingness to work weekends
• Current driver's license in good standing
