Bancroft is hiring a Direct Support Professional for the Adult Day Program in Brick, NJ. This full-time role covers Thursday and Friday, 3p-11p, and Saturday 9a-11p, totaling about 30 hours per week, with pay ranging from $19.06 to $19.44 per hour.

You will empower adults to develop daily living skills and support independence through personalized plans of care. You will help plan events, contribute to the Bancroft community, and collaborate with a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Willingness to work weekends and have a valid driver's license.
