Job summary

TrueNorth Operations LLC is seeking part-time drivers to deliver packages in a company-provided cargo van from the DCM5 station in Etna, Ohio. You will work evening and weekend shifts of about five hours and be paid training while starting at $23 per hour.

No CDL is required, and a valid license with a clean driving record is necessary. Training is provided and dispatch support is available on the road.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; no CDL required.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must have reliable transportation to the DCM5 station in Etna.
• Must be available to work at least one Saturday or Sunday shift; evening availability is preferred.
• Must be able to complete an assigned shift of approximately five hours.
• Must be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Must be able to walk, stand, squat, bend, and twist frequently and get in and out of the van throughout the shift.
• Must be comfortable using a smartphone and delivery apps.
• Must communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages in a company-provided cargo van in Central Ohio.

• Receive paid training and support from dispatch and fleet teams.
• Maintain professional customer service and accurate shift reporting.
