Responsibilities

• Cook, prepare, and package food to quality standards.
• Operate dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, and prep stations as assigned.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation—trash, mopping, dishes, counters, sanitation of prep areas.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Report customer or employee complaints/issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Time/shift: Irregular hours; nights, weekends and holidays.
