City of Crystal is seeking a part-time guest services attendant to act as the first point of contact for visitors, provide information, and help maintain a safe, clean facility at the community center, Forest School, and park spaces.

Responsibilities include assisting with program setups, operating AV equipment, enforcing rules, handling registrations, and coordinating with custodial staff. Evening and weekend availability required.

Qualificações

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid Minnesota Driver's License.
• Six months recreation facility operation experience.
• Six months customer service experience.
• CPR and first aid certification.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact for guests and provide information.
• Oversee facility and programs, ensure clean, set-up and safe operations.
• Set up and take down program equipment, AV equipment, tables and chairs.
• Enforce rules, report incidents and maintain logs.
• Open/close building and operate the security system; conduct emergency procedures.
• Assist with registrations and clerical tasks.
