Job summary

Milford Meadows Care Center in Milford, NE seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality resident care. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and document changes in residents' conditions in the electronic health records system.

The role requires compassion, teamwork, and adherence to infection control protocols, with evening shifts 2pm-10pm and weekend coverage; PRN as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• CNA certification in Nebraska required.
• Ability to document care and monitor residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Document care in electronic health records accurately.
• Report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Assist with feeding and provide companionship.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure quality care.
