Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resident Care: assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Mobility Assistance: help with transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Vital Signs Monitoring: take and record vitals like BP, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Documentation: accurately record care and changes in conditions in EHRs.
• Communication: report changes to nursing staff or supervisor promptly.
• Supportive Tasks: assist with feeding, meals, and companionship.
• Infection Control: follow protocols to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Team Collaboration: work with nurses and physicians to ensure cohesive care.

Responsibilities

• Resident Care: Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Mobility Assistance: Help residents with mobility issues, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely.
• Vital Signs Monitoring: Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
• Documentation: Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents' conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.
• Communication: Report any changes in residents' conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner.
• Supportive Tasks: Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.
