Legends Global seeks a part‑time Box Office Ticket Seller for Mohegan Arena @ Casey Plaza. The role handles day‑to‑day box office tasks, including selling will call tickets and handling customer inquiries, with hours varying by event schedule.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma (or active student), basic POS skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor for guest relations. Shifts cover evenings, weekends, and event days, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or student enrolled in HS.
• Pass a HireRight Background Check in compliance with policy.
• Basic knowledge of computer and point of sale technology.
• Previous Ticketmaster or venue box office experience preferred.
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional attitude for guest relations.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Must follow directions, but work independently when needed.
• Work well with others in a team environment in a high volume and sometimes stressful environment.
• Reliable transportation, punctual arrival, and consistent availability.
• Must practice safe work habits and complete safety training.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close ticket window as required.
• Sell and distribute will call tickets using Ticketmaster software.
• Reconcile daily sales reports and cash deposits.
• Answer customers’ questions promptly, courteously, and accurately.
• Keep a clean, well-groomed appearance and organized workspace.
• Maintain an energetic, professional relationship with co-workers, clients, and the public.
• Perform related clerical work and other assignments as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
