Job summary

Legends Global at Mohegan Arena @ Casey Plaza is seeking a part-time Box Office Ticket Seller to manage daily operations. Hours vary with events, with typical availability needed for evenings, nights and weekends.

The role offers flexible hours up to 10–20 per week and requires a friendly, professional demeanor and basic POS familiarity. Responsibilities include selling will-call tickets, reconciling daily sales, answering guest questions, and maintaining a neat workspace.

Qualifications

• Background check required (HireRight)
• Previous Ticketmaster or venue box office experience preferred
• Able to work evenings, weekends and event hours
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Reliable transportation and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close the ticket window as required
• Sell and distribute will-call tickets using Ticketmaster software
• Reconcile daily sales reports and cash deposits
• Answer customers’ questions promptly and courteously
• Maintain a clean, well-groomed appearance and organized workspace
• Maintain professional relationships with staff and guests
• Perform clerical tasks and other assignments as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
