Qualifications

• Ability to monitor and direct the work of other bar staff.

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedures in operating a full-service bar, mixing and serving a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Records sales, makes change or prepares charge slips. Receives and checks quantity and description of stock.
• Stocks bar, utensils, equipment and keeps work area clean and sanitary.
• Uses tact and courtesy to deny further sales to intoxicated individuals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
