Kohler Co. is seeking an experienced bartender to join our on-site food and beverage team in Ashwaubenon, WI. You will greet guests, craft drinks with proper portions, maintain a clean bar, and ensure compliance with liquor laws.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests promptly with a warm welcome
• Create a comfortable, relaxing and fun atmosphere
• Ensure proper portioning and recipe use for drinks and mixes
• Keep bar storage areas clean and handle glasses properly
• Stock all areas of the bar and follow proper rotating procedures
• Comply with state liquor regulations, including prohibitions on serving minors or intoxicated persons
• Maintain stock, supplies, and cleanliness of bar and equipment
