Job summary

Aramark Correctional Services is seeking a Bartender to craft beverages and provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, take orders, mix and serve drinks, process payments, and ensure safety and compliance with alcohol policies.

Qualifications include prior bartender experience, knowledge of recipes, ability to obtain state alcohol service certifications, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bartending principles and recipes.
• Ability to obtain alcohol service certifications.
• Displays phenomenal hospitality and beverage knowledge.
• Organizational and multitasking skills.
• Requires lifting up to 25 lb and standing for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and card transactions.
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Checks IDs to ensure minimum age for alcohol consumption.
• Adheres to cash handling policies and safety guidelines.
• Sets up and breaks down workstations, including cleaning.
• Takes inventory counts and ensures product is stocked to levels.
• Provides excellent guest service and anticipates guests' needs.
• Maintains a positive demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Ensures security of company assets.
