Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and current trends.

• Able to lift up to 25 lb occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• May include providing servers drinks from the service well
• Adheres to all alcohol service policies and checking IDs
• Adheres to cash handling policies
• Sets up and breaks down workstations and cleans
• Takes inventory counts and ensures products stocked
• Provides excellent guest service and anticipates needs
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests and colleagues
• Ensures security of company assets
