OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC is seeking dependable, self-motivated individuals for a Valet Trash Technician role in the DFW area. You will work at an assigned apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep communities clean.

Responsibilities include collecting waste, transporting it to the dumpster, and documenting any non-compliance incidents. The position involves outdoor work in all weather and requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
