Job summary

OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC in Austin is seeking dependable, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Valet Trash Technicians. You will work independently at an assigned apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep communities clean.

Schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 PM to about 9:30 PM. Pay is $240 biweekly plus paid holidays. Must be 18+, physically able to lift 50 lbs, and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to walk long distances and climb stairs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
• Smartphone with a data plan and working camera.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
