Job summary

OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician for apartment communities across the DFW metroplex. You will collect doorstep trash and recycling, transport waste to dumpsters, and keep properties clean while working independently in the evenings.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort working outdoors in all weather. A pickup truck is required for the route.”

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Pickup truck required.
• Schedule: Sunday–Thursday evenings, 7:00 PM–approximately 8:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
