Job summary

OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician in the San Antonio area. You’ll work Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 PM to about 9:30 PM, collecting doorstep trash and recycling at assigned apartment communities.

The role involves independent work, safety-compliant routes, and keeping communities clean. You must have a pickup truck, a valid license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Pickup truck required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
• Smartphone with a data plan and working camera.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
