Job summary

WM is seeking a Plant Associate who will unload waste from incoming vehicles, decontaminate and stage waste for scanning and processing. You will operate the Biotrack system to ensure accurate recordkeeping and support load preparation for autoclave or incineration as needed.

This position requires basic experience in a plant environment, adherence to safety rules, and the ability to work a 3:00pm–10:30pm shift. A valid driver's license is preferred. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience, preferably in plant environment
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow health and safety directives and performance and conduct standards, policies and procedures that apply to the role and location.

Responsibilities

• Unload waste from incoming vehicles and stage waste for processing
• Scan waste into the Biotrack system for proper recordkeeping
• Load autoclave bins or incinerator hopper with waste for processing
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards on site
