Job summary

UPS is seeking a Supervisory role to oversee Package Handlers in a warehouse setting, focusing on safety, productivity and attendance. The role involves training, coaching, and maintaining high standards for accuracy and customer service.

Work hours are approximately 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM, with the aim to foster teamwork, continuous improvement and strong cross-functional cooperation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kg.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains workgroups in safety, production and attendance.
• Sets high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication and safety.
• Leads with innovative, effective leadership and collaborates across levels of the organization.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Implements personal development plans to grow department personnel.
• Ensures orientation, training, materials, evaluations and coaching are provided.
