Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a weekend shift (Fri–Sun) from 5 am to 5:30 pm, overseeing all warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, storage, and packing.

You will ensure safety, productivity, quality, customer service, cost and profitability; lead staffing, training, and performance management; coordinate with stakeholders to meet on-time delivery; and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree is required; a Bachelor's is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in shipping/receiving and warehouse operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs shipping and receiving orders, including loading trucks and reconciling notices.
• Manages dock traffic and ensures policy compliance.
• Maintains WIP and finished goods inventory.
• Coordinates with stakeholders for on-time delivery.
• Supports continuous improvement and staffing for the shipping/receiving team.
