MITER Brands is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the loading and warehouse teams on the 2nd shift in Sacramento, CA. This role is responsible for supervising 20–25 employees and coordinating activities to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications include 2–3 years of warehouse supervision experience and a High School diploma; Some college is preferred. The position emphasizes safety and collaboration with sales, production, and logistics partners.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Some college preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years related warehouse experience.
• Prior warehouse supervision and employee management experience needed.
• Prior Warehouse Supervision experience in a manufacturing environment highly desired.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, loading logistics and employee management.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement practices desired 5S, Lean Manufacturing practices desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the loading activities of Milgard products.
• Coordinate and schedule warehouse activities to meet and exceed customer expectations while optimizing loads.
• Review paperwork to plan work activities, schedule personnel and balance loads.
• Discipline oversight including coaching and written warnings.
• Communicate effectively with staff to ensure optimal warehouse operations.
• Manage department expenses and support order fulfillment with internal teams.
• Interface with Production, Delivery, HR and management for integrated operations.
• Create and execute MPS objectives and meet commitments within guidelines.
• Reflect Milgard values in all business interactions.
• Ensure safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
