Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a client in Grapevine, TX. This swing shift role runs Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am and is a full-time, direct hire position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of warehouse operations or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse personnel through hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, performance management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, monthly inventories, variance reconciliation, and system updates.
• Coordinate movement of inventory between warehouse locations and internal departments.
• Maintain organized and efficient storage areas and ensure security procedures are followed.
